We have been loyal customers of Al Arab for 7 years and today we were treated so horrible by the Arabian Ranches branch. Our chicken was burnt and expired, when I complained about the quality the restaurant manager just gave me this rude wave of his hand to dismiss me. We were never asked if we want to order drinks we never got given our bread that we usually get and plastic knifes and forks were just thrown on the table. This was an awful experience and we will NEVER eat or order from this branch again.

Ordered through Zomato.. The food arrived hot and the Kebab's were very juicy and tasty.. The hummus was good as well..

Delicious food, lovely ambience, this couldn't be better. Their selection is pretty impressive and I approve of the price. Sometimes the food doesn't taste so fresh, and Manakeesh often tastes awful and thick, usually not though, depending on which chef cooks the food. The waiters and waitresses are grumpy, but we still go there because it's the only restaurant in the arabian ranches where you can get a decent, well-priced meal.

My favorite Arabic food. Must try garlic and chilli hummus

These guys make such good food.I always go to the silicon Oasis branch the staff and service is always very good. Highly recommend this place for the food. Excellent

I love their food! Everything tastes like it's supposed to and the prices (relative to similar places) are reasonable.

A manager of ours came from the US and wanted to try Arabic Dishes so my colleagues said the closest one from our office here in DSO is Al Arrab so we decided to eat here and thankfully they chose this place.No idea what's on the menu but once they're done ordering, we have plates upon plates of meat and and side dishes I've never seen before. Can't tell which is which on the pictures I'll post but just point on them when you order and you can't go wrong.As an east Asian, we eat everything with rice and here I get to viands upon viands with only bread which is a new thing, it was a great experience and great service but I'm sure the price wouldn't be so great if I were paying.Conclusion:If you want an to check off on your bucket list Arabic Cuisines, then definitely come to this place and it's branches if they have a standard service accross their

Called twice employee thought it was cool to say he was Wendy’s or MC Donald’s... disgusting costumer service!

The prices on the menu is different than the price you pay,I spoke to the Resturant many times and I told them that this is not right to pay extra 10 to 15 % and they keep telling me that we sent the correction to the management and they are not taking any actions,first time was six months ago and yesterday was the last time and I’ll never ever go to them again..total cheating..I kept copy of the receipt and I took the menu for the take away to open an official complaint.
